Nevertheless, in a time when lifestyles have drastically changed and modernised, these traditional arts and crafts serve as tangible threads that continue to bind us to our rich cultural roots. Moreover, craft-making continues to be an essential part of the daily lives of craft communities, who rely on it for their livelihood.

SVATVA is an endeavour to resuscitate such craft traditions and revive our cultural heritage by bringing India's unique traditional arts and crafts into homes.
